To confirm and guarantee a booking, guests are required to provide valid credit card details at the time of reservation. No payment is taken at the time of booking. The credit card provided will only be charged in the event of a no-show or a late cancellation made less than 3 days prior to arrival, in accordance with our cancellation policy. The full payment for the stay is due upon arrival at the hotel, unless otherwise agreed in writing. All payments and card details are processed securely through third-party payment providers, and we do not accept responsibility for issues arising from those providers.
